Plan Black Friday in October: new prices and names, a different home page, another hero banner, a cart rule switched on, all in one campaign that goes live at 00:00 and undoes itself on Monday. Preview the whole store as it will be at any moment before it happens; a visitor sees nothing until then. Undoing is careful: a price someone changed by hand during the campaign keeps that value.
